The most important goal for us is to provide a safe spot for children to feel needed, wanted, and loved while they develop the necessary skills to collaborate with other people and the knowledge of the opportunities a career in STEM has. Our students come from extremely diverse backgrounds and have a multitude of talents. What sets us apart is how deeply relational our team is. We are a family and we strive for excellence in all that we do. We hold each other accountable for the high expectations we have set for ourselves. Our team is dedicated to finding the hidden talents in our students at Spring Valley and inspiring those that have them to build up the community around us. None of our leaders are or were engineers by trade, instead we are a group of highly motivated individuals who want better for our school, community, and world.
